The Forth Bridges Raft Race provides a great opportunity to promote and raise money for charities and good causes which address many different needs in society, from medical research, health, tackling poverty, promoting culture and the arts to animal welfare and environmental protection. 

Rafting teams are expected to raise money through sponsorship with a minimum target of £1,000 per team.

Our Team Registration system allows Team Organisers to nominate their own good cause, or select one of our favourite charities and instantly set up a Just Giving page for their team. There are many wonderful charities to choose from, including CHAS, British Red Cross, SSPCA and Prostate Cancer UK. The majority of major charities have accounts with one or more Online Fundraising Platforms. 

Your entry fee is used to cover the costs of the event, and any surplus will be donated to The Rotary Club of South Queensferry Trust Fund (Scottish Charity No. SC025363). Every penny will be used to support local, national and international good causes.
