The Rotary Club of South Queensferry (RCSQ)
The Rotary Club of South Queensferry is a group of about thirty local people who meet regularly on a Thursday evening at Thirty Knots in South Queensferry. We have been at the heart of our community for almost forty years, working to improve life and provide opportunities for people of all ages. We have raised well over £1M through our raft races and abseils and used every penny for charitable purposes both locally and further afield. RCSQ warmly welcomes visitors and potential new members to our club and offers them fellowship and the opportunity to play an important part in our town.
Edinburgh Watersports CIC
Edinburgh Watersports CIC is one of the largest watersports and activities centres in Scotland. From beginners to advanced they offer everything from two hour taster sessions to week long advanced training in a wide range of water and land-based activities including:
- Dinghy Sailing
- Keelboat Sailing
- Powerboating
- Sea Kayaking
- Canoeing
- Windsurfing
- Stand Up Paddleboarding
- Multi-Activity
- Shore Based Courses
They welcome individuals, groups and families to come and have fun, learn a new sport and meet people, and their dedicated staff will be happy to tailor a session to suit individual needs.
